Dear Will,
"I am writing to say that with your help I have already lost 10 cm from my abs (from 78cm to 68cm). The information you gave is really important and it helped me understand why some people are slim and others aren't although they try hard. I am not a fat person (Height 1.57 m, weight 50 K) but i used to have a lot of fat at the ab area. You helped a lot and now every time i exercise i have a lot of fun.Instead of doing only boring cardio on my treadmill I do things that i had not tried before (for example i play football, racketball) and i have a lot more energy, like a child. Running and exercising is not the easiest thing in the world, particularly now that in Greece the temperatures usually reach 35 - 38 C, so I have slowed down my pace but i still exercise.
